Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or exclusive releases (unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect)
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund (if eligible) or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lavish Sin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
